Digital Caretakers was founded by Marcus Bradley after helping his own mother manage phone updates and online accounts from a distance. He wished there was someone local he could trust to step in when family couldn't—and that's exactly what Digital Caretakers provides today.

Hi, I’m Marcus Bradley, founder of Digital Caretakers. I created this service after personally assisting my mother with her digital and document needs from a distance. I understand the importance of trustworthy local support when family can't always be there.

$99/month
This plan is the basic foundation for helping with technology and managing important papers. It makes sure seniors stay safe and connected with reliable support.
What's Included:
  • 1 Home Visit (45 minutes) – We'll come to their home for 45 minutes each month. We'll help with urgent tech needs, organize paper documents, and notarize important papers right there, in a comfortable setting.
  • Mail Sorting & Scam ID – We'll carefully sort all incoming mail, spot any possible financial scams or shady requests, and confidentially shred unwanted junk mail to keep their privacy safe.
  • Basic Tech Support – We'll fix 1-2 common tech problems during each visit, like getting Wi-Fi to work, managing emails, updating apps, or helping with simple smart device tasks like video calls.
  • 2 Notarizations/month – We can notarize up to two important documents each month, securely and conveniently at home. A licensed notary public will handle wills, powers of attorney, or other vital papers, giving you peace of mind.
  • Family Summary Report – After each visit, we'll send a clear, private summary to family members. It will list what we did, any tech issues we fixed, and important things we noticed, so everyone stays informed and reassured.

Optional Extra: Family Portal – For an extra $29/month, family members can securely share documents and see visit summaries online whenever they need to.

What's Included:
  • 2 Home Visits (60 minutes each)—We'll make two 60-minute visits to their home each month. This gives us plenty of time for detailed tech help, organizing papers, and protecting them from scams, offering regular, direct support.
  • Advanced Mail and Bill Management—We'll sort all their mail, both physical and digital, organizing it by what's most urgent and due dates. We'll point out important deadlines and even help prepare outgoing mail. We'll also look out for any possible scams or tricky requests, and shred unwanted junk mail right there to keep their information safe.
  • Dedicated Tech Help & Scam Protection – We'll keep solving any tech problems they have, like tricky Wi-Fi, email issues, or updating apps. We'll also help set up smart ways to avoid scams, such as managing passwords safely and setting up call blockers, so they're less likely to be targeted by online or phone fraudsters.
  • 5 Notarizations/month—We can notarize up to five important documents each month, right in their home. A licensed notary public will handle crucial legal and financial papers like wills, powers of attorney, or property deeds, making it easy and secure.
  • Document Digitization (50 pages/month)—We'll securely scan and organize up to 50 pages of their important documents each month. This creates easy-to-access digital copies of records like medical statements, financial papers, or personal letters, stored safely on a device or in the cloud.
  • Detailed Family Summary & Secure File Sharing – After each visit, we'll send a clear, private summary to family members, noting what we did, any tech issues fixed, and important observations. We also offer a secure way to share digital files and updates, keeping everyone informed and at ease.

Assistance Care
$299/month
This is our best plan for seniors who want everything handled, with caring, personal help.
Other services like this can cost over $500 a month—get our complete care for just $299.
What You Get:
  • 3 Home Visits (90 minutes minimum)—We'll visit their home three times a month for at least 90 minutes each time. This means constant, thorough support for all their technology, paperwork, and anything else they need.
  • Full Mail & Bill Help—We'll actively sort all their mail, both paper and online. We'll help them keep track of when bills are due, spot any potential scams, and safely shred junk mail.
  • Easy-to-Understand Tech Coaching—Personal, one-on-one lessons to help them feel comfortable with smartphones, tablets, computers, and popular apps for video calls, social media, and email. We work at their pace.
  • Unlimited Document Notarizations—We'll notarize any personal, legal, or financial papers right at home, as often as they need, with no extra cost.
  • Unlimited Scanning & Safe Storage—We'll scan all their important documents (like medical records, legal papers, or cherished photos) and keep them safe and organized online. Their family can easily look at these files whenever they need to.
  • Password Manager Setup & Ongoing Support—We'll set up a secure password manager (like LastPass or 1Password) and show them how to use it to keep all their online accounts safe and tidy. We'll also be there to help anytime they have questions.
  • Fast Help When You Need It—If something urgent comes up, we promise to arrange help within 24 hours of you letting us know.

Family Portal—Get full access to a secure online spot where you can see quick summaries of our visits, all scanned documents, a shared calendar for appointments, and a safe way to chat with us.

Digital Caretakers does not offer medical or personal care (like bathing, meals, or daily living support). Instead, we focus only on helping with technology, organizing mail and papers, protecting against scams, and providing notary services right at home.
Our special way of working means we fit right in with families and other caregivers. We add to their medical and personal care, instead of taking it over.
